Order Agreement

I agree that Training in Submission wrestling/Martial Arts should only be done under the supervision of a qualified instructor and I agree to do so. By Ordering this product I acknowledge and fully understand that the practice of Submission wrestling/Martial Arts involves significant risk of serious injury including permanent disability and/or death. I agree to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue any company or corporation or individual associated with this product, their affiliated clubs or schools, their respective shareholders, administrators, directors, officers, agents, coaches, or anyone else associated with this product or CDE, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation. I also agree that no physical training regimen should be started without first consulting a physician.
